১. হাসিব বাজার থেকে কীভাবে অর্ডার করব?
ওয়েবসাইট থেকে পণ্য নির্বাচন করে অর্ডার করতে পারবেন। অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়।
২. কীভাবে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে?
বর্তমানে আমরা শুধুমাত্র ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সুবিধা প্রদান করছি।
৩. ডেলিভারি কতদিনে হয়?
সাধারণত অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর 3–7 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়।
৪. অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করব কীভাবে?
অর্ডার নম্বরসহ WhatsApp-এ যোগাযোগ করলে সর্বশেষ আপডেট জানানো হবে।
৫. পণ্য নষ্ট বা ভুল হলে কী করব?
ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানালে রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।
৬. অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে কি?
কনফার্ম না করা অর্ডার বাতিল করা যেতে পারে। শিপমেন্টের পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা যায় না।
