  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
  • Items returned without reasonable proof of purchase
  • Requests submitted after the applicable return period
  • Certain hygiene-sensitive, personal-use, or clearance items where applicable

4. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Arrange a replacement product
  • Offer store credit where applicable
  • Process a refund using an appropriate method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in Bangladesh, refunds may be processed through mutually agreed methods such as bank transfer or mobile financial services.

For online or international payments, approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on the payment method, financial provider, and banking system involved.

Processing times may vary for international transactions.


6. Return Shipping

If the issue is caused by our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered by us where applicable.

In other situations, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses.
